Introduction to french business litigation - Emmanuel Jeuland - Gln Joly Eds - broché - Etude

This textbook is an introduction to French Business Litigation. It deals not only with French domestic proceedings, but also with unfair competition procedure and European and international business litigation, in order to offer foreign lawyers a complete overview of the subject. Since European law is part of French law, it is studied as such (especially in French cases applying EU regulations). After an overview of the French judicial system, this textbook will cover jurisdiction, evidence, action, proceedings, judgments and appeals. It may help civil lawyers to explain to common lawyers the civil law system as well as the French judicial system. It also allows common lawyers to get an overview of civil law procedures. Ce manuel est une introduction au contentieux français des affaires. Il traite de la procédure interne française mais aussi de la procédure de la concurrence et du contentieux international et européen afin d'offrir au juriste étranger une vue complète du sujet.
